This agreement covers the Refund related to purchasing any products and services from jetMSG through our website accessed via jetMSG. As a customer, it's important for you to make sure you read and understand all Refund related policies before making any purchase with us, to avoid any possible misunderstanding in the future.
1. All sales of service are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. jetMSG is not responsible for any purchase for an incorrect account number, Reseller or any Third Party.
2. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on jetMSG, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Services has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on
(email ID mentioned) or posting us a message or contact your relationship manager. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund.
We request you to include in the email the following details - Transaction value, Transaction date and Order Number ( ) shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of service then you will be refunded the money within 7 business working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
3. Failed/Rejected SMS/voice call transaction will be refunded immediately automatically in Client wallet.
4. HLR Absent Subscriber or any other pending transaction will be refunded within 4 hours in the Client wallet.
5. Any top-up payment/advance payment which is received from The Client will not be refunded.
